Sinkonah Ko-fe Tonic Syrup Description

Sinkonah Ko-fe Tonic Syrup is a concentrate infused with natural cinchona bark and our Seasonal blend. Blended with citrus, spices and herbs and sweetened with sugar, this concentrate makes a refreshing drink when mixed with sparkling water!

Bark from the cinchona tree contains quinine - an antimalarial and muscle relaxant that has been used for centuries to treat a number of ailments. Because it is so naturally bitter, it has long been mixed with water and sugar to make it more palatable. When blended correctly, it is beautifully balanced and has an imitable flavour profile. Sinkonah Ko-fe Tonic Syrup innovatively pays homage to this historic drink. Perfectly blended with our Seasonal blend, this syrup has bright, tangy citrus and coffee notes and makes the most refreshing mixer out there.

We enjoy Sinkonah Ko-fe Tonic over ice, with sparkling water and a splash of gin!
