Bark from the cinchona tree contains quinine - an antimalarial and muscle relaxant that has been used for centuries to treat a number of ailments. Because it is so naturally bitter, it has long been mixed with water and sugar to make it more palatable. When blended correctly, it is beautifully balanced and has an imitable flavour profile. Sinkonah Ko-fe Tonic Syrup innovatively pays homage to this historic drink. Perfectly blended with our Seasonal blend, this syrup has bright, tangy citrus and coffee notes and makes the most refreshing mixer out there.

Sinkonah is a beverage company producing small batch syrups in Australia and New Zealand. Apart from the cinchona bark which is imported, all ingredients are sourced locally. The syrups are handcrafted in small batches, and do not contain any additives or preservatives.
