Late last year, we introduced the natural process Ethiopia Chelchele to our menu, and are now pleased to introduce the washed Chelchele!
The Yirgacheffe Chelchele is processed at the Chelchele washing station, located within the Chelchele village. Coffees from this region tend to have a nice backbone of sweetness from toffee and soft nuts like almond, with a floral and citrus undertone.
This coffee displays those bright, nuanced flavours in jasmine and citrus, balanced with notes of black tea and caramel in the finish.
