Single Origin Coffee Description

Nestled in the Gedeo Zone, the 30-hectare area that makes up Banko Gotiti is encircled by the Banko and Raku rivers. Coffee trees are grown below dense shade at high altitudes, promoting cool climate maturation along with environmental harmony. The area receives plentiful rain during the summer and the perfect balance of mild days and cool nights.

Natural process - Ethiopia Heirloom varietals grown and hand picked at an altitude of 1870 - 1980 masl, in the Gedeo region sourced through Tracon Trading based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

  • RATIO - 1:1.8

This recipe is for espresso and developed on a commercial coffee machine. Use as a guide to achieve your desired flavour preference. If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
