Producer Auricel Conde from Finca La Primavera participated in Cofinet’s internship program in 2018 and has been producing incredible coffees since. We’re proud to feature two of Auricel’s delicious coffees. They are the same Castillo varietal processed two different ways - honey and washed. Getting to taste these side by side provides a great insight into the ways that processing affects the flavour in the cup.
