Single Origin Filter Coffee Description

Inspired by a special cupping event, we've creatively combined small amounts of fruit-macerated coffees with our existing Hey Buddy blend to bring an exciting new twist to one of our beloved classics.

Picture this: Juicy yellow peach, ripe lulo*, a hint of cherry, rich caramel, indulgent chocolate, and a vibrant citrus acidity lingering on your palate. Crafted with a unique blend that balances intense fruitiness with a smooth, enjoyable finish, this coffee is unlike anything else in our range.

The flavour profile of these fruit-macerated beans is achieved by using experimental methods developed by father and son producers Felipe and Jairo Arcila. Real fruit is combined with the coffee during fermentation and drying until the ideal moisture content is reached.

The result? A balanced, exciting, and truly unique coffee experience. We had so much fun crafting this blend, and we can't wait for you to dive into its flavours.

*Lulo (or Naranjilla) is a small, oval, tropical species of fruit native to South America that has a sweet and sour, tangy taste.
