Inspired by the high-energy buzz of après-ski — the post-ski ritual of a social gathering after a (real or metaphorical) day on the slopes — this blend is anything but shy.
With the cold weather in mind, our roasters have crafted a lively and warming blend, bringing together washed Guatemalan beans, fruit-driven natural Colombian coffees, and a wild mix of experimental lots fermented with real fruit. The result? A full-flavoured blend that’s bright, juicy and just a little bit wild.
In the spirit of versatility, this coffee is omni-roasted, making it suitable for any brewing method — from a clean and zesty filter brew to a syrupy, fruit-punch espresso. However you brew it, expect flavours of orange, green apple, passionfruit and Turkish Delight, with a vibrant acidity and a full-bodied finish that lingers like a good après-ski story.

We’ve created our filter recipes as a guide to help you achieve the same great flavours we experience in our coffees. If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your manual brewing gear, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your setup.
