Espresso Blend Description

Deliciously user-friendly, Daddy's Girl makes a delicious black coffee yet is also irresistible with milk. Thanks to the beans’ natural sweetness and low acidity, it has acquired a cult following among stovetop and plunger fans as well.

Fully washed process - Typica, Castillo and Caturra varietals grown by small holders in Totoro, Tierradentro. 

BRAZIL SWEET ESPRESSO 40%
Natural & pulped natural process - Mundo Novo and Acaia varietals from Fazenda Nossa Senhora Aparecida (O’Coffee Estate) based in Alta Mogiana, Brazil. 

ETHIOPIA SIDAMO ABORE 25%
Natural process - 74110, 74112 varietals from the Above Station in Bombe Village, Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Grown at an altitude of 1920-2020 masl.

This recipe is for espresso and developed on a commercial coffee machine. Use as a guide to achieve your desired flavour preference. If you are unable to reproduce the exact result on your home machine, don’t panic, an alternative is to simply adjust your recipe using the ratio so it works best for your set up.
