Coffee Blends — Consistent Flavour, Every Single Bag
A good blend isn't just throwing beans together and hoping for the best. Every blend we roast is built with a specific flavour profile in mind — and the job is to hit that profile consistently, bag after bag, month after month, regardless of which seasonal lots are available. That's the craft of blending.
Our roasting team adjusts component ratios as new harvest lots come in, so the cup stays the same even as individual coffees change. If you tried our house espresso six months ago and order it again today, it should taste like the same coffee. That consistency is the whole point.
Espresso or Filter — We've Got Both
Most of our blends are developed with espresso in mind — they're roasted a touch darker than our single origins to give you body, sweetness, and enough punch to cut through milk. If you're making flat whites, lattes, or long blacks at home, these are your go-to.
We also roast filter-specific blends for batch brew and pour over — lighter, cleaner, designed for higher extraction methods. The flavour notes are different because the roast approach is different. Check the tasting notes on each blend to see which method suits it best.
Why Blend Instead of Single Origin?
Single origins are exciting — they change with the seasons and every bag is a bit different. Blends are the opposite. They're designed to be your everyday coffee. The one you don't have to think about. You know what you're getting, and it's good every time.

If you're buying for an office or a household where multiple people need to be happy with the same coffee, blends are the move. Need help choosing?
