We offer complimentary weekly delivery to each of our wholesale partners. Of course we do our best to accommodate emergency or off-schedule deliveries where we can.
That’s completely up to you. For a Padre Essentials Subscription, you can choose to receive any amount in combinations of 250g/500g/1kg bags.

Postage for recurring orders and other products purchased via our online store is $6 for Standard Shipping or $15 Express. We offer free freight for all orders over $55. We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders.
We ship all of our parcels via AusPost. The courier asks for signature on delivery, so if you’d rather not sign just make a note of it in the comments at checkout. This also applies for requests to have your order left in a safe place if the address is unattended.
Of course! The day your order ships you'll receive an email update with tracking information for your order so you can follow its progress from our roastery to your door.

Tastes change, we understand. If you’d like to update your subscription to change the roast type or grind setting for your coffee, you can update this information via the customer portal, or give us a call on (03) 9380 8225 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We recommend allowing coffee to age for a week after roasting. This allows the coffee to degas, making it tastier and easier to work with. From this point, coffee stays at its peak for 2-4 weeks. From there, it will begin to lose flavour, but is still fine to brew for a long time. Proper stock rotation - which we can help you with - will ensure your coffee is consistently at its prime.
Yes! It’s easy to add additional, once-off products to your subscriptions and recurring orders via our online customer portal. Select ‘Add Product’ under your subscription details and choose your additional item. The item will be added to your next subscription date and we’ll send them out together.
