Well rounded and balanced taste
This is an amazingly balanced flavour profile, which is bold but very smooth, with a nice lingering after taste. Great for milky blend coffee. This bean is also very forgiving to minor grind size misalignments. My only disappointment is with consistency. I find that even when we have subscribed to receive fresh beans, the shot quality and crema level produced can sometimes vary from bag to bag. For context, we are using a professional Rocket machine/grinder and have been brewing espresso coffee for 15 years.
In summary, despite the occasional inconsistency, the exceptional flavor and smoothness of these beans make them a worthy addition for any coffee enthusiast.

Go-to every time
This is such a great coffee. It is my go-to every time. I like it so much, I make it at home before I leave, because whatever coffee is available out and about is not going to be as good. I hate it when I have to order a coffee somewhere and it is not as good as what I make myself at home! It’s strong without being bitter and good with or without milk.

Lovely flavour served hot OR cold
I'm not a huge fan of coffee with sour fruit notes, so this is the perfect blend for me - flavourful but smooth. I can enjoy it hot or cold, depending on the day and my mood! It's also a crowd-pleaser when our friends come by to hang out.
