Promotion Period:

12:01am on 19/08/2024 to midnight on 02/09/2024. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time.

Eligibility:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as at the date of entry in order to be eligible to enter the competition.
• Entry is open to all Australian Residents over the age of 18 except employees and immediate families of the Promoter and their associated companies and agencies. Immediate family includes the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, stepgrandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister or first cousin.

Entry Method:

• To enter, individuals must purchase a 250g, 500g, or 1kg bag of Troublemaker coffee during the promotion period. Each purchase automatically enters the buyer into the draw.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of Promoter, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or Promoter. This includes, but not limited, to entrants and households using multiple email addresses.

Prize Details:

• The total prize value is $702.
• The prize includes a monthly delivery (12 in total) of Padre Troublemaker 1kg in the grind of the winner's choice over 12 months. Delivery is included within the prize.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any direction given under State Regulation.

Draw Details:

The draw will take place at the Padre Brunswick office on 03/09/2024. The winner will be announced on our website via the competition landing page and contacted individually via the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

Notification of Winner:

The winner will be notified by email within two business days of the draw. The winner's name will also be published on our website within seven days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prize:

If the prize is not claimed within 7 days of the draw date, a redraw will be conducted. The redraw will take place at the same location as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

Privacy:

The Promoter collects personal information to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, and service providers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant.

General Conditions:

• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• If the prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.
