Melbourne based chai brand, Chai Addict, brews a range of sugar-free chai concentrates in exclusive, handmade batches. It’s founder Chloe’s commitment to quality, sustainability, convenience and an all natural product that really sets her brand and products apart.

We were honoured to partner with Chloe on Chai Addict Dirty Chai concentrate - an incredible mix of chai spices and coffee.

Fury & Son is a craft brewery based in Melbourne, independently owned and operated by father and son team, Reno and Andrew Georgiou.

Known for their clean and easy drinking core range including a pale ale, pilsner and IPA, they are making a name for themselves with their experimental seasonal brews.

In 2021 we were proud to partner with Fury & Son on a brown ale, featuring a Padre Coffee single origin Ethiopian coffee. The beer was delicious, with notes of molasses and caramel, finishing with a slightly fruity coffee finish.

ShortHive are award-winning multi-generational Victorian honey harvesters, producing delicious infused honeys on their family farm in the Corangamite district of South Western Victoria.

We collaborated with ShortHive on an irresistibly tasty Espresso Honey infused with our DG blend! The rest of the range comprises Salted Honey infused with Murray River Sea Salt, Chilli Honey infused with habanero chillies and Cacao Honey infused with raw cacao nibs.

Sinkonah produce small batch tonic syrups in Australia and New Zealand. The syrups are handcrafted in small batches, from quality ingredients and a recipe that dates back to the early 1820s.

We collaborated with Sinkonah on their Ko-fe Tonic - a coffee infused tonic syrup that is bright, bittersweet and balanced to perfection. With tangy citrus and a bold coffee flavour, this is perfect over ice with a splash of sparkling water and a slice of orange.

We were delighted when Melbourne band Slowly Slowly approached us to partner on a promotion for their third studio album, Race Car Blues.

The result was Race Car Brews, a limited edition run of coffee. We spoke to lead singer and guitarist Ben Stewart back in September 2020 - you can learn more about the collaboration in our Stories.

Made + More is a concept store featuring a carefully curated selection of premium European and Australian contemporary homewares. It’s a collaboration between hospitality heavy hitters - and dear friends and partners of Padre Coffee - Di and Will Keser of Hardware Societe and Shaun Williams of Bowery to Williamsburg.

For Christmas 2020 we teamed up with made + more to release a limited edition coffee scented candle. It was poured in a beautiful Portuguese ceramic made + more cup, and was delicious with aromas of caramel, milk chocolate and vanilla on a base of coffee.
