Yunnan Green

Yunnan Province in China’s south-west has produced tea for at least 2000 years. More than 200 types of camellia sinsensis are said to grow here, including this high-grown varietal. Mildly astringent on the palate, with grassy vegetal flavours, it appears yellow with a tinge of green in the cup.
